Because of that decision today to vegetate, I spent a little too much time on Facebook this morning. I monitor my news there. There is no other place I receive as much news as quickly and concisely as on Facebook. There is no other place that covers as many topics at one time as on Facebook.
Ok, some might say it is wrong to spend so much time there. Whatever… No one know what someone might do to relax, or gather information, or minister to others. I have seen it all on Facebook. Those that judge, might spend too much time reading, or watching movies; or anything else that might get in the way of what one should be doing. But today, for sure, I have overspent my time there. But there is SO MUCH going on in our nation and around the world! This is some of what I learned, or was reminded of today:

Several Christians have been arrested in a mostly-Muslim nation. For
security reasons, we can't say more. Please pray for them.
